  • Higher air volume inside the greenhouse thanks to its gothic shape. -> Enhances climate control ( it will give us a minimum internal temperature difference),
  • Enhances Solar Radiation effect -> Better crop performance, thus it contributes to a yield increase,
  • It reduces risk of leaking, because of condensation over the plants, as the arch (27º) pitch will favour the water sliding towards the gutters,
  • Easy to install thanks to the pre-assembly arch – trellising set.

Some parasites such as white fly, tobacco louse and moths attack crops such as cucumber, tomatoes, aubergines as well as other ornamental plants. This sort of plague may infect plants with up to 25 different kinds of viruses. In this case the use of anti-trip mesh makes it less necessary to use insecticides.

Fabrics for covering soil are used mainly in greenhouses. They avoid the growth of weeds, prevent soil erosion, drying of soils and they help to keep equal distances between the plants.

We recommend the use of this mesh so to protect the sides of the greenhouses. It has a longer life-span and higher resistance than ordinary films.

We recommend the use of this product to protect the crops against insects and adverse weather conditions. It is used both in greenhouses and in outdoor environments. It is specially recommended for lettuce, melon, watermelon, etc.

Staking Nettings

HORIZONTAL STAKING NETTING, it allows steady and straight growth of stems, such as, carnations, lilium, alstromelias, gypsphila, crysanthemos and any other type of cut flower. We can highlight its long duration, humidity and chemicals resistance, and easy to fix.

Malla entutorado

VERTICAL STAKING NETTING designed for horticulture use, it is suitable for tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, peppers, water melons, zucchini, berries, etc.

Within other advantages we can mention;, enhances ventilation, harvesting is easier and gives better access in terms of space to treatment products. It provides a yield increase per square meter, being easy and quick to install, demanding low rate of work force.

Automated Fertigation Equipment  TG- DRIP

This equipment has being designed for DRIP IRRIGATION projects that shall work under an intensive production unit - greenhouse and an open field environment, limitless of the area to irrigate.

TG-DRIP is composed by a control panel and a set of valves that are connected to the water inlet header and to various fertilizer tanks.
By means of this panel it is possible to store different programmes that will allow the system to feed automatically fertilizers at the right time and with the intensity predetermined by the user or by the crop itself. To reach such performance there is an innovative element: external sensors, that allow the system to analyze and interpret the crop’s status, providing the option to readjust automatically the parameters set initially, according to the needs of the moment.

Our irrigation controller, optimizes farms´ management, guarantees efficiency, maximizes crop performance and minimizes costs and resources.

Periodic Visits to Clients´ farm

Periodic Visits to Clients´ farm

Follow-up visits during construction works and first stage growing will be undertaken.
The number of visits shall be determined upon clients´ requirements, with a minimum of 5 visits of two days per each crop cycle.

Crops´ life-span will depend upon the chosen cycle. It could be chosen for example the long life cycle, with a cultivating duration of 42 weeks and a harvesting period of 34 weeks.

Seed Variety Selection Process

Seed Variety Selection Process

According to the destination of the production (USA, CANADA,EUROPE…), a seed variety selection process shall be undertaken.

Nurseries

During the first-stage growing cycle the plant will be bought in a selected Nursery. Plants must be booked 45 days before the construction works have been completed.

It will be assessed if for the life-production cycle, plants can be produced within the farm.

Local Agronomy Engineer

In order to succeed in the growing and consultancy stage, it is important to count on a Local Agronomy Engineer so to undertake the daily tracking and implement the corrections required in each and every phase of the process.
