Water Heating System can be installed with success, by means of two methods:

Water Heating Method

Water Heating Method

This method is based on direct radiation coming out from the heating pipelines towards the plants.

Water Temperature is controlled, by means of a set of valves with 3 to 4 settings that measure the proportion of cold/hot water.

This system allows a constant temperature with low significant fluctuations. Another Advantage: Uniform dispersion of heating inside the greenhouse.

It is monitored from a computerized panel. To make water run through steel pipelines, makes convenient to transport trolleys, enhancing efficiency. Gases that come out from the boiler shall be used for enriching for CO2.

CO2

Concentration of CO2 in the air affects to a great extent to growth and crop performance. Concentration of CO2 in the environment outside the greenhouse is about 340 ppm. In the inside, concentration could be lesser because plants use C02. It is important, therefore, to maintain a minimum level of 340 ppm, and, if possible, to increase significantly to 500 ppm or even more.

Timing and duration of the enriching process with CO2 is controlled automatically.

Air blowers are developed to break up stratified heat, humidity and stagnant air. The unique propeller design is self-cleaning and, together with air flow rectifiers, allows the highest efficiency to be reached.

  • Shutter is opened by rotating weights placed over centrifugal system arms,

Energy Saving Screens TGK 20

Energy savings, light diffusion, control of air humidity, flame retardant performance.

TGK 20 reduces greenhouse heat loss. The light transmitting construction allows the screen to be used during the day and at night.

TGK 20 composed of a series of parallel 4 mm synthetic strips knitted together with clear polyester yarns. The knitted structure is designed to allow water vapour transmission preventing excessive humidity beneath the screen. The properties of the materials used prevent condensation from forming on the screen allowing it to remain clean and algae free for many years.

TGK 20 diffuses incoming sunlight. Diffusing direct sunlight protects the upper foliage from scorching while allowing the lower canopy to receive more light from more angles. The result is sun protection without light loss.

TGK 20 increases humidity transportation during the night. This can be of great importance for crops such as tomatoes, in which a great quantity of humidity is created

TGK FLAME

Energy saving, solar reflection, firebreak performance.

TGK FLAME is made of 4mm wide aluminium and polyester strips held together with a strong polyester filament yarn. Special aluminium and polyester give XLS FIREBREAK its superior reflection and transmission efficiency. This guarantees a low daytime temperature as well as very high energy savings, and keeps the crop temperature close to the ambient temperature during the night. The result is a better climate in the greenhouse with minimum risk for dew formation on the leaves, reducing disease problems and lowering the energy costs.

The knitted structure allows sufficient water vapour to pass through, preventing condensation drops to form on the underside of the screen. The flexible structure also allows the screen to be folded into a very small bundle in an open position, making a maximum light transmission possible.

TGK FLAME is an inside screen for all types of greenhouses and greenhouse covering materials.

TGK FLAME is a highly UV-stabilized product with excellent antistatic properties, the screen will stay clean and efficient for many years. The applied UV-stabilizers are resistant to common chemicals used in greenhouses.

Solar Reflection Screens

TGK SPOTLIGHT

Solar reflection, firebreak performance

TGK SPOTLIGHT screens consist of 4 mm aluminium strips with open spaces in between, everything held together with a strong polyester filament yarn. Special aluminium and polyester gives XLS F FIREBREAK its superior reflection and transmission efficiency. The open spaces allow for sufficient airflow, resulting in a considerable reduction of the air temperature. Even with high outside temperatures, the screen ensures an optimal growing and working climate.

TGK SPOTLIGHT screens have a flexible structure. In an open position, they easily fold into a very small bundle, allowing for maximum light transmission.

Darkening Screens

Day length control, energy saving, firebreak performance.

TGK DARK screens consist of two layers: a top layer with aluminium strips and a black or white lower layer. For all sensitive crops needing day length control, like chrysanthemum, kalanchoe or euphorbia, the blackout effect is more than sufficient, with light transmission <0.1%.

Sunlight is reflected by the aluminium upper surface. Therefore when the weather is sunny, undesired heat accumulation is excluded during blackout periods.

Even with two layers of material, the folded bundle is very small in the opened position. This permits a maximum amount of light to reach the crops.

TG-KLIMA system allows controlling every parameter or element that has to do with the environment, such as windows, heating, ventilation, thermal screens and shade, humidity, and adapt all of them to the best conditions for each type of cultivation. To achieve this, a set of sensors send precise information to a computer about the current level of humidity, temperature, wind speed and direction, solar radiation, Co2 level, etc…
